LOS ANGELES– The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (“Acadia” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ACHC) concerning whether the board breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.
